Cheyenne-High Plains Audubon Friends and Members are invited to a free screening at The Historic Atlas Theatre this coming Thursday evening. This is a free event. The movie is called “The River” and it is a special screening with Trout Unlimited.

The River is a powerful new documentary exploring the Colorado River crisis through the personal stories of those who depend on it for survival. After the film, stay for a panel with director Mara Tasker, Trout Unlimited’s Sara Porterfield, and Wyoming rancher Eric Barnes, who is featured in the film.
The Colorado River is on the brink of collapse – and the rules that govern it expire this year. This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to bring people together when it matters most. We hope that you will consider attending this important event.
