Reminder! Sandhill Crane Migration Field Trip – Saturday, March 28th.

Join us on our annual field trip to Table Mountain Wildlife Management Area for a glimpse into the Sandhill Crane migration!

We will leave the Lions Park parking lot south of the Children’s Village at 3 p.m. Carpooling should be available but check with Grant (see below) if you will need a ride. Our field trips are free and open to the public. This is also a great way to introduce children to birding.

More information about this popular field trip are included in the March issue of Flyer!  Be sure to let Grant Frost know if you are interested in joining us so that he can contact you if plans change due to inclement weather, etc.

For our Goshen County (and other!) friends …

We will also be hosting a special talk (Grant Frost, Senior Wildlife Biologist at Wyoming Game & Fish presenting) about the Sandhill Crane Migration at the Goshen County Library at 1:00 p.m.  Table Mountain WMA is right in your backyard!  You can join us later for the field trip or view the migration another day.
